About PADL1NK-005
PADL1NK-005 is a phase 3 study evaluating fetrastobart-vedotin vs. docetaxel in patients with previously treated PD-L1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Fetrastobart-vedotin is a PD-L1-binding vedotin-antibody drug conjugate (ADC) exhibiting antitumor activity through direct cytotoxicity against PD-L1-expressing tumor cells, bystander killing effects, and MMAE-mediated immunogenic cell death (ICD).
Patients may be suitable for consideration if they:
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of NSCLC that is locally advanced, and unresectable or metastatic
- Have progressed from prior platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-PD-(L)1 therapy for patients without harboring actionable genomic alterations (AGA) or progressed from AGA-targeted therapy and platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with AGAs.
- Have PD-L1 expression on ≥1% of tumor cells per local testing result.
